TransX is a leading North American transportation service provider and Canada's largest private transportation company – shipping goods and providing logistics services for businesses since 1963. Their website had been sitting idle for years, and through a detailed research phase we discovered customers felt it was not delivering on many fronts. TransX commissioned Clear Space to conceive and implement a web strategy which included design, a robust content management system, a driver portal and a revamped database connecting clients with account information, drivers with schedules and prospects with clear and simple route information.
